We are pleased to announce the launch of March4TB - a month-long step challenge to raise awareness of TB in the month around World TB Day (24th March).
Individuals and their organisations sign-up to take as many steps, or wheel turns, as they can during the month of March. At the end of the month - and for a dedicated 'challenge' for World TB Day itself - the individual with the highest number of steps, and the team who have the highest average steps, will be crowned the winner.
The challenge has the backing of a range of organisations from around the world. Participating companies and organisations come from a number of sectors. At the time of writing Accenture, Avega, Aventus Medical, Carespan, Cepheid, Fullerton Health, Global Fund, ICON, Intellicare, LabCorp, Qiagen, and Sequella had confirmed that they would take part, with half a dozen other companies finalising the details of their participation.
Throughout the month, participants will learn about TB, and also be invited to share their stories with the challenge community and via social media.
